Before use, perform a SPOT TEST to test for sensitivity as follows: Apply or rub product/products to a patch of skin on the inner, lower arm. Rub it in and allow it to dry on the skin. Do not wash that area of the skin for at least 24 hours; watch for signs of reaction. If rash, burning, tingling, or inflammation occur, immediately remove the product from skin and discontinue all further use.

We deal with every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if in the unlikely event that the goods you ordered is wrong or got damaged during transit, please let us know within 7 days from receiving the goods.

2. Kindly take a photo of the damaged product(s) as evidence. 

3. If the evidence is accepted by the seller we will do everything to provide customer service you deserve. 

4. The most important step, when going through this process, please be respectful. 

Things to remember in returning any product(s)

Please package your return item(s) in the original box or packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a box that will prevent damage in transit. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

Print the prepaid return label that we will send you and mail your return to us.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. Be advised that it will take up to two weeks to process returns or issue a refund depends on your bank.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the shipping costs that you were originally charged.
