Return and Refund Policy

Please know that all sales are final for items on-sale, that applies to all products/kits. 

We pack and ship all your orders properly and securely however damaged during transit is sometimes inevitable. 

We can only provide return/refund service if the product(s) is damaged during transit or if the product(s)  you received is not the right product(s) you ordered. 

We deal with every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if in the unlikely event that the goods you ordered is wrong or got damaged during transit, please let us know within 7 days from receiving the goods.

Rules: 

1. Upon receiving the damaged product(s) kindly email us at foreverfilipinousa@gmail.com or send us a message in our FB page @ForeverFilipinoUSA and inform us about the incident.  

2. Kindly take a photo of the damaged product(s) as evidence. 

3. If the evidence is accepted by the seller we will do everything to provide customer service you deserve. 

4. The most important step, when going through this process, please be respectful. 

Things to remember in returning any product(s)

Please package your return item(s) in the original box or packaging if possible. Otherwise, pack your return in a box that will prevent damage in transit. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

Print the prepaid return label that we will send you and mail your return to us.
You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed. Be advised that it will take up to two weeks to process returns or issue a refund depends on your bank.

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the shipping costs that you were originally charged.

Please keep proof of your purchase. 

Note: All goods will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
